Group Events and Weddings
We appreciate your interest in hosting an event at Coldwater Golf Club! We can assist with an array of events here at our facility. In addition to golf outings and tournaments, we can also accommodate weddings, company parties, and more. Whether it be at the Sunset Grill in our Clubhouse or at our outdoor pavilion, we would love to have you here!

Golf Outings and Tournaments
Welcome to Coldwater Golf Club, the West Valley’s newest 18-hole golf facility. As you will soon see, Coldwater Golf Club is one of the area’s premier facilities to host your company golf outing, tournament, or fund-raising event. There is no better time than the present to book your next event. Should you choose to hold your outing at Coldwater, the following information will prove helpful.
18-hole golf outings of twenty (20) players or more receive the Professional Services of our staff and may be scheduled up to one year in advance. Golf outings may be approved under the pricing structure listed above and arranged through your event coordinator.

Golf Clinics
A Golf clinic provided by a staff Golf Professional could be included in your tournament package to provide your players with a first class experience.
Food and Beverage Service
Coldwater Golf Club offers excellent food and beverage service in a wide range of meal options and prices, including a beverage cart on the golf course for your convenience. Arrangements for these services must be made in advance with your event coordinator.
Request Procedure
To secure your desired date and time please complete the enclosed Tournament/Outing Request Form along with a $200 deposit. This deposit will be credited to your account when calculating your final balance.
Responsibilities of Group Sponsor
At least four (4) days prior to the event:
| 1. A final list of participants must be submitted (Final Count Guarantee Form). |
| 2. Prize amounts and arrangements must be finalized. |
| 3. A group representative will be at the course one hour before the starting time to register the participants. |

4. All participants should be made aware of the following:
|
a. Proper golf course attire is required (Collared shirts and no cut-offs)
b. Liquor may not be brought on the property and no personal coolers are allowed.
c. Coldwater Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility.

| 5. Any damage caused by the group to the golf course or equipment will be charged to the group. |
Corporate Logo Program
For your guests to have a lasting impression of the day at Coldwater Golf Club, we offer a custom logo program that includes several appealing gifts such as golf balls, towels, hats and bag tags. Each item can be printed with your corporate logo or organization. This gives everyone involved in your outing a memento of the day, which is always appreciated.
